With a diverse and dynamic background spanning over five years in agribusiness, finance, and strategic consulting, Amos founded the company on a core belief: that businesses can achieve extraordinary growth while creating lasting positive impact. Amos's journey began with a deep-rooted passion for sustainable development and operational excellence. His experience as an Agribusiness Project Manager and Field Agent honed his expertise in practical, on-the-ground sustainability. He successfully developed and managed projects that improved the productivity of smallholder farms, securing vital funding and increasing farmer output by 30%. This work instilled a profound understanding of how to implement real-world, sustainable strategies that drive both efficiency and community empowerment. His comprehensive expertise in finance is a cornerstone of Upper Light Consulting’s advisory services. As a Credit Manager and Trade Finance Executive, Amos demonstrated a keen ability to analyze complex financial data, provide tailored solutions, and mitigate risk for clients. His work ensured seamless and compliant transactions while strengthening client relationships through expert guidance. This unique blend of practical financial acumen and strategic vision allows him to illuminate a clear path to financial growth for ambitious businesses.
